In every investment an average yearly return rate of at least 10% has been achieved until now. The main investment focus lies currently on long-term growing cities in Saxony.

The strategy of Berkovich Estate can be summarized into the following steps:

1. Research and Testing

With the latest professional tools and our deep network we identify lucrative deals in Germany. With our testing approaches we are then able to identify the short-term-rental demand and proceed with the acquisition.

2. Acquisition

In collaboration with our long-term real estate agents and real estate developers we negotiate a very competitive price which is up to 30% below market price.

3. Development

We renovate, modernize and furnish the apartments, and then market them professionally with high-quality photos and videos.

4. Short-term lease

Last but not least we target with the appropriate pricing and advertisement our (inter)national tourists. Our standard is to reach at least a 8.8 star rating for every unit which we rent out.
